Peter is currently in his twentieth year with the Broadway hit The Phantom of the Opera. He plays principal horn with the Westchester Philharmonic, Greenwich Symphony, Stamford Symphony, and Scandia Symphony Orchestras. He is a guest artist in many top-level ensembles including the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra, New York Philharmonic, Orpheus Chamber Ensemble, Orchestra of St. Luke's, American Symphony Orchestra and the New York City Opera Orchestra. He performs recitals in the New England area with his wife, harpist Alyssa Reit. Their duo also performs education concerts in the school system through the Westchester Philharmonic outreach program. Peter teaches orchestral music appreciation to schoolchildren through the Stamford Symphony outreach program. He is active in the commercial and recording fields and can be heard on movie sound tracks and radio and television ads, as well as on numerous CDs, both classical and jazz. He is also on the horn faculties at the Hartt School of Music and the Music Conservatory of Westchester.
